    Probably one of my favorite movies growing up. I read the Books and I have to say the movie does more than justice to what the tale has to say! You can not find peace without finding yourself. Its a Story about letting go and moving forward. There is only one way to do this and that is to learn to forgive. I've learned so much about this woman that I fallow her teachings! Truly a must see.

    Who cares what the critics say. This is one of my favorite movies it reminds me of "The Fall Of Saigon" Powerful story.

    Such a powerful story. Watching it, I didn't care about its 'many themes' or 'cinematic vocabulary', unlike some of the more educated Rotten Tomatoes reviewers. I simply enjoyed this beautiful, painful and deeply satisfying tale. Oliver Stone told a convincing story from an unusual point of view. I was critical as I began watching. But the actors, the mood, the use of colors and the beautiful soundtrack by Kitaro completely took me away. Indeed, some moments were in danger of becoming melodramatic, but the masterful director managed not to cross the line, in my opinion. Definitely one of the very few movies I'll be watching again.

    Name it Heaven and Earth. Full of powerful moments, we can see the best and worst in human beings through the eyes of this young woman. I'm so pleased that iTunes has this movie for me to add to my short list of truly great movies. Fantastic job Oliver Stone to bring us as close to this truth as we can hope to come for what it means to be a human being living in the midst of war.
