Your review is precisely why I didn’t watch or introduce this movie to anyone I know. You’re foolish to over analyze this basic, classic, story. Women and men are not born equal….fact.

Will never grow tired watching this. The best version of a Cinderella movie. More realistic and the character displayed strength and compassion despite any adversities. And of course very nice plot of the ending.

Love the movie. Hate the new French dubs. The voices WERE Drew Barrymore and Angelica Huston and the rest of the cast—in French. NOW the French voices don’t even sound committed to their parts. PLEASE bring back the first French dubbing cast!

One of my childhood favorites! Saw it 3 times in theaters. Still remember going to my local theater in San Patricio Plaza in Puerto Rico.
