Description

200 years after her last adventure, a group of scientists has cloned Lt. Ellen Ripley (Sigourney Weaver), along with the alien queen inside her, hoping to breed the ultimate weapon. But the resurrected Ripley is full of surprises for her resurrectors--as are the aliens they've attempted to imprison. To combat the creatures, Ripley must team up with a band of smugglers, including an advanced female android named Call (Winona Ryder), to combat the rampaging aliens in a lab ship hurtling toward Earth.

  • Really, really awful

I liked Alien 1, 2, 3, but not this one. This movie is just downright disturbing, disgusting, and gosh awful. The characters are about as likable as the Bushes or the Clintons, and nothing is good about the plot at all. Winona Ryder does a horrible job in this movie, playing the whiny teenager robot. My dad says it’s loaded with completely disturbing imagery that has no real purpose to it. Weaver’s character acts like she is possessed or something, and then makes some friendship with a robot about as likable as the CCP. We didn’t like this, and recommend you don’t even watch it.

It was bad but I liked. It had some pretty stupid elements but I for one enjoyed it for some reason I know I shouldn’t have but I did.

The Alien franchise should not have been resurrected. This movie isn’t unforgivably bad, but is so pointless it just feels like a complete waste of time and undermines the ending of Alien 3.
  • Very Disturbing!

This film had a few boring parts, but the end when the alien dies is extremely disturbing! I had my wisdom teeth out before I watched it, so I didn’t show a whole lot of emotion when I saw it, but when I look back on it now, it is very graphic. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone under 18. Other than that and the final scene, the film was pretty boring. The first two films in the series were the best (“Alien” and “Aliens”).
  • No wonder Ridley Scott skipped out

Amongst the silly puns, I'll say skip the special edition because no idiot would waste money seeing some jerk spit a fly on a window, I would rate this a B film. You have to hold your eyes open seeing this.

I thought this alright, maybe on par with the third installment, but not as good as the first and second movies.
  • Turrible

Alien Resurrection is a disgrace to the Alien Franchise. It is by far the worst in the series. Do not watch this movie.

It was okay. Definitely not the best movie I've ever seen. But it is not the worst either.
