Tron: Ares

I liked everything about it. It is just as good as the other 2, except Jared's acting was better than the main character for the 2nd movie in the franchise! Fun and engaging in a way that few movies nowadays are accomplishing.

Tron Legacy ended with a perfect set up for the third Tron movie. Instead of expanding on the established characters and continuing with them into the real world, we instead get Ares...not Tron Ares. Tron was simply...well...he was deleted. THere is no hint of Tron in this movie. It was nice to see Flynn back, but he should have been a greater part of the plot. The casting is not the primary issue of Ares- Jared Leto does well with what he is given. The script is the problem. The storyline is below average, especially in light of waht it could have been; that is, one building upon the superior Tron Legacy.

Okay Tron Ares disappointed at the Box Office and you can’t really blame anyone who didn’t like it! A lot about it got Tone Deafening and Jared Leto in the lead was Ill Advised after the Meme Worthy exhaustion of Morbious! But if One Divorces that thinking and just this was just made for the Dumb fun action movie spectacle of it all, you’ll see it was good for that reason alone!

Awesome third movie to the franchise; especially watching it in IMAX 3D. I do hope they make the 4th.

It touched on the original Tron movie and made some new inroads for itself. It was entertaining and fun to watch. nuf said
