Bad acting and weird ending. Wasn’t scary at all.

Unless you think these are 3 separate stories that act like one story. The Santa vs the Elves conceit apparently is better on paper, as in practice it’s a lot of jumping on conveniently placed chairs and attempts at biting. Only one elf even has real sass. The a$$hole family isn’t punished in fun ways. The “Demon” is pretty weak looking, and I can’t honestly tell you what the other section is even doing. Not a Christmas horror movie really. That said, Santa’s story is by far the best of the bunch. Nice ending. Skip the teenager portions, you’ll thank me.
  • Just Terrible

Purchased this movie because of the good reviews. I should have paid more attention to the critical reviews. Terrible acting, terrible stories, terrible dialogue, and terrible effects. Not scary at all. Oh, and the picture on the cover makes it look like this will be one story centered around Krampus...It’s not. It’s several stories that the movie alternates through, like Crash. And all the stories are terrible.
  • Not Worth It

The only interesting parts had Santa. The rest of the movie was boring. They could’ve made a 20 minute movie and sold it for $7.99 and it would’ve been worth it.

This is actually a pretty good movie overall: the acting is amazing, the lighting is superb, all the stories have a unique plot, and it's good to watch especially in December. This movie puts a great twist on Christmas. This movie is honestly good to watch at any time of year! The only flaw I have to talk about is the ending, it takes the whole point of the movie away
  • Pretty good with some flaws.

Look, this is a independent horror film and a pretty good one. It is sort of an anthology, but all the characters are related and interact in some ways. William Shatner is very entertaining as he chews the scenery as a Christmas night DJ. I am tired of protopods writing so called reviews, when all they are saying is generic crap like worst movie ever, or it’s a stinker don’t waste your time. You don’t like it fine. Others pick at the budget. Anyone with a freaking brain can watch the trailer and know which fan base this movie was created for. If you don’t like low budget horror films, don’t watch it. If you like low budget horror films but didn’t like it, say why in your review with respect or shut the hell up. Some of the stories are weaker than others, this is true. The Santa Claus story is one of those you either hate it, or you like the reveal at the end. Take my opinion for what it’s worth, it’s just my opinion.

Great horror anthology. Effects, scares, and stories were all well done. Loved the swerve at the end in the mall!

A truly horrible movie. I really could not locate an interesting plot within the entire movie. Sam, because the concept has potential for some of the plots.
